Asian Greens
 
Marinade (for 3 hours or longer):

  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1 T rice wine vingar
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 1/2 t dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t garlic minced
  • 1.5 T olive oil

    Toss with baby greens, almonds and baby tomatoes and garnish with sesame seeds.
