Classic Lasagna
 
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ricotta
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 lb. fresh mozzarella ( freshly shredded) (not in water)
  • 1 cup FRESHLY grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 lb. fresh pasta sheets (they sell packaged noodles that you don’t have to boil)
  • 2 cups Bolognese sauce

    Mix ricotta with egg yolks and season with salt and pepper. Spread layer of this mixture on bottom of rectangular lasagna pan, then layer with lasagna noodles, then layer again with ricotta mixture, top with Bolognese and sprinkle parmesan, mozzarella and salt and pepper on that layer. Repeat until ingredients are almost done. The top layer will be the cheese layer. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
