Sugar Snap Peas
 
Ingredients:

  • 2 C snap peas
  • 1 t soy
  • 1/4 t ginger
  • 1 t dark sesame oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds

    Coat nonstick pan with non-toasted sesame oil, then add 1 t dark sesame oil, 2 C snap peas, 1 t soy, 1/4 t ginger, salt and pepper.

    Simply saute for a few moments over medium/high heat until vibrant green then sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
